Death is no more than passing from one room into another. But there’s a difference for me, you know. Because in that other room I shall be able to see.

Pancake Sunday is vegan cinnamon wholewheat pancakes with peaches, blueberries, and strawberries that we picked on the weekend. Then topped with crunchy peanut butter, coconut peanut butter, chopped dark chocolate, and maple syrup. Who said Vegan food is tasteless and boring!

why-the-hate:

I often get many questions about cooking. In particular on how I learned to cook, what I like to cook, and maybe a few recipes!
Well I wouldn’t say I’ve “learned” to cook yet! I’m still “learning” and there are many basic skills, which I have yet to master.
I learned a love for food and in particular for baking from my nanny when I was younger who taught me how to bake everything from chocolate soufflés to croissants to banana bread! She will always be my biggest inspiration and origin of my love of food!
I have also gone to a lot of cooking classes!
Recently, I went to a Georgean cooking class and I learned how to cook their traditional bread and cheese dishes. That was an incredible experience to learn different techniques of cooking bread. I also went
To a ravioli and pasta making class this past spring. It was taught by the renowned Austrian chef Markus Holzer! He showed me how to cook everything ranging from traditional Austrian pasta to asparagus to a delicious chocolate dessert! He was a great teacher and I was very impressed with his cook book.

As a vegan, cooking is a lot more difficult for me but I find many ways to find delicious things to eat! There really are vegan alternatives to every food you might like!
I have a few exiting recipes coming up very soon!
